Domesticity

I've had a lot of fun baking lately. Just before Easter, I got a hold of the most adorable cupcake cook book and taught myself to make these super cute butterflies out of chocolate:



Sadly, I haven't been able to duplicate the cuteness since then, but I like to think that I'll have time to do so after school is done in two weeks.

Danny works for the Daily Egyptian this semester and they formed a Relay For Life team for the fundraiser this weekend. They held a bake sale to raise money for their team so I made some fun treats to sell, too.

I have to say that I think my favorite part of making treats isn't really seeing people enjoy them, though I do LOVE it when people like my creations. My favorite part is how proud Danny is of me and how much he loves to show me off. He always makes me feel so loved and special, no matter what I do. He acts like I'm the greatest wife in the entire world and I never get tired of it. He's the best!
