As some of you may know, Danny and I are both 1/8th Hawaiian and we wear that fraction with pride. While participating in the Saluki's Healthiest Loser contest at school, Danny made friends with his personal trainer named Jeff who was also from Hawaii. They enjoyed talking about various Hawaiian delicacies. One such delicacy was a favorite in my home and can be purchased at gas stations and McDonald's locations throughout Polynesia. The fabulous dish I'm referring to is none other than the fabulous
SPAM MUSUBI
For Danny's final weigh-in for the contest, I made a small batch of Spam Musubis to send to Jeff. I also picked up a bunch of Lychee Jellies which brought back fond memories of my youth.

I hope I made my Tutu proud, but the Spam has been hurting my belly to can't seem to finish off the left-overs.

Just a minor correction-the spelling is 'haole' not hauli.
You are really talented and make such special treats for everyone-ummmm, spam musubi, I used to eat plenty spam as a kid. Many fond memories growing up and eating plenty local kine food.
You are a true blessing in Danny's life.
